Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking and Wallets. We do not offer COD currently.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Q: Do you ship across India?
A: Yes! We currently ship pan-India.
Q: How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
A: Ready-to-ship orders: Dispatched within 1-2 working days.
Custom-made pieces: Dispatched within 7-10 working days.
Delivery timelines depend on your location. A tracking link will be shared upon dispatch.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: We charge a flat shipping fee of ₹100 on all orders.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Q: Can I return or exchange my order?
A: Since each garment is handcrafted exclusively for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We encourage you to review your size carefully before placing an order.
Q: What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
A: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery at [info.labeldrishti@gmail.com] with images, and we’ll assist you with a replacement or store credit.

Q: How do I know my size?

GARMENT CARE
Q: Will the color of the garment be exactly as shown in the images?
A: We ensure that product images are as accurate as possible, but slight variations in color may occur due to screen resolution and lighting differences.
Q. How do I wash my garment?
A. We strongly recommend that you dry clean or hand wash the garments, as mentioned on the product page.
